Looks good - thank you, Dan. I submitted some edits as commits directly to your branch, please review them.
Also, I believe the README.md still contains Airtable-related info, please update that file too, to reflect our new Airtable-less approach.

Instead of pulling data from airtable, load from local CSV files in the
data/subdirectory.Note that the
update_data.pyscript should still be run to perform checks and transformations into the format expected by the web pages -- output will be consolidated intodata.yamlfile as before.
